Get into your Intuition!

Ep 14: MEDIUM In-tu-IT 
Oh to be human….and Spirit at the same time! Is it possible that connecting to your spiritual side will help you connect to your intuition? Sarah takes the lead in teaching us tips for getting in touch with our intuition. And doing some medium-ing~! The team downloads lots of great information, including:
How to explore the concept of viewing oneself as spirit in a human body and finding wonder and awe in the present moment. She talks about the kundalini awakening that has come from the ʻpresentʻ moment; very fun to listen to!
Jane thinks the body is like a car and of course wants to talk about the Flintstones. And scones.
Sarah counters with real wisdom of how ʻthe everythingʻ is accessible; the all there is IS the higher self.
Imagination is a key factor in perceiving intuition; it's helpful! It's real. Itʻs been sorta villainized along the way as fake news, but! Thatʻs not fair or accurate, the information often flows through in that way.
Meditation can enhance intuition (obviously) but itʻs a fertile land to receive messages.
But itʻs all fine until Trollʻs attack us on various social media platforms; so life happens (the human-ing) but we can appreciate that stupid things need to happen too.
